Las Quince Letras

I have written to fifteen artists/professors I have had the privilege of studying with hoping to strike up a correspondence or two and maybe get some letters of recommendation for my CCNY MFA application. I had one letter that Linda Montano wrote back in 2005. She asked me to retype it and send the updated letter to her so she could sign it and send it back. The letter she wrote was so nice. It brought a tear to my eye. I enjoy the fact that the application is due by April Fools Day. That helps me keep things in perspective.
